Britz was founded in 1982 and is one of three brands in the THL Group (Britz, Maui, Mighty). Within this THL Group, Britz is the rental company with the largest and widest range of vehicles. The age of the vehicles ranges from 0-4 years. "Boundless" is the motto of the rental company, which offers a wide range of vehicles not only in Australia but also in New Zealand, the USA and southern Africa. Several bookings in different destinations can be combined with this rental company in order to benefit from discounts and offers. Ten stations in Australia alone means that many routes around the continent and even to Tasmania can be undertaken with the cheerful white and orange vehicles. The Hitop is ideal for two adults and is equipped with a microwave, fridge and gas stove. The Venturer for two adults has a kitchen, WC and shower as well as an outdoor barbecue. Children under the age of 4 are not allowed in either vehicle. However, these are not recommended for traveling with a child, as the booster seat would have to be attached to the front seat. The Voyager is suitable for up to four adults, making it ideal for a family on a budget or a couple who want a little more space. There are two double beds and a kitchen in the vehicle. Up to two child seats can be fitted in the rear seats with an anchor point. Instead, up to two booster seats with lap belts and additional belts can also be attached. The Venturer Plus is perfect for two adults and one child. It is equipped with a kitchen, toilet and shower, and a child seat or booster seat can also be attached. The Explorer for four adults has a kitchen and bathroom. It is suitable for two couples of friends or a family with two children. Up to two child seats can be attached to the forward-facing rear seats using an Anchor Point. Alternatively, two booster seats with lap belts can be fitted in the dinette.
